Culture-Changing Workshops

Firewalls, antivirus, disk encryption, ransomware-proof backups — all of that is taken for granted here. Every one of our clients has these things in place, yet none of it covers the most targeted part of any organisation: its people.

We provide engaging training that genuinely changes the culture around information security amongst staff and drastically lowers the human-factors threat your organisation faces.

We can deliver anything from focused 30-minute masterclasses on UK GDPR or current ransomware methods, right through to multi-day events where participants engage in social engineering and account hacking — directly demonstrating how simple over-sharing on social media can spiral into full company account compromises.

Online Workshops — Beyond the Zoom Call

We provide interactive workshops that go well beyond the interminable “staring at rectangles” training sessions. An open chat runs throughout, allowing participants to ask questions privately without any fear of asking “the dumb question”. There are no dumb questions when it comes to the security of your data, and we make sure everyone feels comfortable raising concerns and emerges feeling competent and well supported.

We provide hackable email accounts, fake social media profiles to mine for personal data and password guessing. Participants spend time breaking into accounts and learning how to impersonate a target — all of which has a far greater impact on their approach to security than a set of PowerPoint slides.

In-Person Workshops — Well Outside the Box

Company cyber security training can be dull. How about a cyber security picnic out in the fresh air with breakout groups tackling hacking, ransomware, device encryption and security culture — rounded out with a presentation from the local Police Cyber Crime division?

We create staff you can trust and support your organisation with security well beyond the annual refresher.

Why Training Matters in 2026

Attackers are no longer just sending clumsy phishing emails. AI-generated messages, deepfake voice calls, and highly targeted social engineering mean that technical defences alone are not enough. Your staff are the last line of defence — and the first point of attack. Effective, memorable training is no longer optional; it is a core part of any credible security posture.

30-Minute Masterclasses

Training is often met with groans and eye-rolling. But it is a core part of any modern business, and every session must have real impact and drive behavioural change.

Our solution is the 30-minute masterclass. Short, focused, interactive sessions that cover a single subject in depth, allowing participants to ask questions and genuinely understand why the material matters to them. No death-by-PowerPoint — just clear, practical knowledge they will actually retain.

Sometimes a full day is needed, and we can cater for that too. But often what makes the real difference are smaller sessions that do not disrupt the working day yet still drive lasting change.

Half-Day Training

We create bespoke packages to give you an engaging half-day session that keeps your staff aware and encourages a genuine culture of security within your organisation.

An in-depth look at data protection followed by a dive into cyber security practice and then a live hacking workshop? Let us know what you need and we will create and deliver it for you.

80 percent of cyber security is about avoiding human error, so a strong training programme is every bit as important as a solid firewall.

Company Awareness Events

Sometimes you need to take people out of the office to really get their attention.

Hardly anyone remembers the GDPR PowerPoint, but everybody will remember the cyber security picnic where they ran scenarios with members of the local Police Cyber Crime unit and split into teams in a race to hack a social media account and impersonate an email from Mike in accounts.

Training that people talk about long after the day is over

We can deliver single or multi-day events with multiple speakers and challenges for your delegates. From experts in police cyber crime through to white-hat hackers, we put on events that show your teams, delegates or members that you are leading the way with security.

Company awareness events from £1,500 per day.

Training That Fits the Bigger Picture

Security awareness training is most effective when it sits alongside strong technical controls, tested disaster recovery plans and well-maintained policies. As a managed security, backup, continuity and compliance provider, we see the full picture — and our training reflects the real threats your organisation faces, not just a generic curriculum.

Testimonials

"I found the Solutions Driven Cyber Security Master Class provided comprehensive, structured information on security, backing up files and disaster recovery. Jae was a very engaging trainer who kept my attention throughout the workshop. Also Jae was excellent at getting the information and knowledge across. Overall the workshop was excellent and thank you."

District Council Economic Growth Officer

"We regularly collaborate with Custodia UK to assist us with our data and security compliance and policy creation. The service we receive is great. Jae and Chris always take the time to understand our needs. Most recently Jae delivered a short online training session on Data Protection and GDPR which the attendees found a really beneficial recap of the complex topic. The facilitation was engaging and all information shared was very clear. We would recommend Custodia and their training to other businesses who are looking to upskill employees on specialist topics in a bite-sized format."
